Terms

Your booking is not confirmed until the Booking Form has been completed and the initial twenty percent deposit (non-refundable) has been received by AM Wedding Photography.

Balance to be paid on receipt of proofs.

You agree to return the proofs to AM Wedding Photography within 2 weeks of receipt. If the proofs are not returned, you are liable for the cost of the proofs and the proof album. This will be a minimum charge of £350 + VAT.

All reprints will be paid for in full on receipt of the order.

Copyright of the photographs belongs exclusively to AM Wedding Photography and Matthew Cant Photography. No prints are to be copied without permission of Matthew Cant Photography.

The photographer undertakes to hold professional indemnity cover.

The booking may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the Wedding date. Any cancellation after this time will require payment of a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed package price.

If for any reason (illness, accident or death) AM Wedding Photography is unable to undertake the booking, the fee will be returned in full to the client. Wherever possible, we will attempt to provide you with an alternative photographer at no extra cost under these circumstances.

AM Wedding Photography and Matthew Cant Photography reserves the right to use for display or for advertising any photographs taken by Matthew Cant or his associates unless otherwise requested.

Weddings outside London.
There is a £75 Travel fee for weddings outside of Greater London, but still within UK. If overnight accommodation is required, a mutually agreed fee will apply.

International weddings are welcomed.
