I am an experienced and motivated technologist. I posses strong technical and management experience, recruiting and developing diverse technical teams both on and off-shore. I have a rounded understanding of the online project lifecycle, directing and contributing to every stage of the process from pitch, conceptual architecture and implementation through to post launch activity.
My technical expertise cover a spectrum of technologies, including 3 years of LAMP/open source development, 5 years hands on VB/ASP.NET/SQL Server exposure at an enterprise level, complimented by a high standard of front-end skills such as AJAX/JavaScript and standards compliant XHTML/CSS.
